With the ever-changing drug landscape and new trends emerging every day, the Partnership for Drug-Free Kids has created a smartphone app to help families who are concerned about the drugs their kids are exposed to. The “Drug Guide for Parents” is offered as a free download for the Android and iPhone.

The app offers comprehensive, up-to-date information on the drugs most commonly abused by teens. It provides color visuals; “street” name/slang term references; a detailed explanation of the known ingredients; short- and long-term side effects; a brief description of what each drug looks like and how it is used; and its federal classification.
